Monday Math – Lesson #36

Welcome back to #MondayMath once again.
We have been posing Math questions every Monday on our Facebook page. These are questions that our students also encounter in Mathematics classes at B.D. Somani.
Last week’s question involved sandwiches. This week, we have to pick winning numbers.
Yasmeen is playing a game at a fun-fair. She must pick three numbers out of a bag. The numbers in the bags are: 21, 8, 16, 32, 65 and 14.
Yasmeen will win a prize if the three numbers add up to a number less than 50; if the three numbers add up to a multiple of five; or if the three numbers add up to a number greater than 80.
List some winning combinations of numbers.
